You can relax, have fun and sunbathe while enjoying a friendly atmosphere around the swimming pool. Pick and enjoy the oranges, mandarins, figs, persimmons, plums, olives and lemons available on the property during the season! → Building The home is located in a condominium with shared swimming pool. It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience some relaxing days close to the beach. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with 2 single beds. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathrooms with shower. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa and a dining table for 6. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and manual coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → The swimming pool is seasonal and its open from 15th April till 15th October. → The swimming pool only allows children with an adult supervised. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken. → The use of the pool and common areas is exclusive for guests registered in the reservation. Otherwise, a value of €50 will be charged for each additional guest. → The air conditioning units should not be set to temperatures above 20oC, and we advise against turning them all on simultaneously if you plan to use the water heater or stove.
